Maape Adventures, including its employees, guides, and agents, will not be held liable for any injury, loss, damage, accident, delay, or expense resulting from your participation in our tours. This includes, but is not limited to, incidents involving transportation, accommodation, weather, and natural disasters.
Participants are responsible for ensuring that they are in suitable health to undertake the chosen tour. It is your responsibility to inform Maape Adventures of any medical conditions, allergies, or dietary requirements prior to the commencement of the tour. We recommend consulting with a healthcare provider before participating in any physically demanding activities.
We strongly recommend that all participants purchase comprehensive travel insurance that covers medical expenses, trip cancellation, personal liability, and loss of personal belongings. Maape Adventures is not responsible for any costs incurred due to inadequate or lack of insurance coverage.
Maape Adventures reserves the right to alter itineraries, activities, or accommodations due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, political instability, or other safety concerns. In such cases, we will make every effort to provide alternative arrangements of comparable value.
Participants are responsible for the security and care of their personal belongings at all times. Maape Adventures is not liable for the loss, theft, or damage of personal items during the tour.
All participants are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and responsible manner. Any behavior that is deemed disruptive, dangerous, or inappropriate may result in the termination of your participation in the tour, without refund.
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Maape Adventures operates. Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions or your participation in our tours will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.
